Tuesday Tip : Strawberry Basil Lemonade

This Tuesday Tip is a little early, but I couldn't wait to tell you about this!  My friend Emily and I went to The Melting Pot in Huntersville recently (yum, tum, yum), and one their new summer drinks was Strawberry Basil Lemonade.  Oh my goodness!  Internet, these things were delicious!  I decided to try my hand at them, and they did not disappoint!  Now, mine were not as good as The Melting Pot's, so go try theirs.  But if you're at home craving a fresh drink to cool you off, mix some lemonade and strawberries in the blender, add basil, and you're set!  The lemonade and strawberries can be fresh or frozen, depending on what kind of drink you want, and the basil can be fresh or in the tube.  It's all yummy!  And such an unexpected flavor combination!  Enjoy!

I first met little G in October, and I just loved her sweet smile and that gorgeous hair!

 Well, look at her now!   One year old and so very big!

She still has the sweetest smile, and her hair is even cuter if that is possible!
